Chinese Cabbage


This cool weather crop tolerates some heat: May 15 - July 21; September 15 - November 1

Chinese Cabbages include: Nappa Cabbage and Pac Choi. 

Most Chinese cabbage is excellent raw as a fresh spicy slaw or just barely cooked in wonton, hot and sour, or egg drop soups. It is also an excellent stir fry ingredient.

We also like it just barely wilted with roasted meats.
