Parsley is good from June 1 - November 30

Petroselinum crispum neapolitanum, or flat leaf parsley, is more robust and sweeter than it's curly counterpart. 

Parsley makes an excellent herb condiment on it's own, but it is especially delicious when mixed with lemon zest and a few cloves of minced garlic. Scatter the mixture over vegetables, lamb, pork, chicken, or veal. Or sprinkle over pasta with butter and parmesan cheese.
