Asian Salad Mix


Asian Salad is at its best in the cool of the spring or fall: 
May 15 - July 1; September 15 - November 1


This salad is one of our favorites. For a delicious dish dress with: 
  • 6 parts Asian sesame oil
  • one part soy sauce or ponzu
  • one part vinegar
  • some pickled ginger or a touch of wasabi
Serve with sushi or noodles. It definitely livens up Chinese take out on a lazy evening.
